This sweet couple just melts my heart! Shelby and Jordan's parents actually live across the street from each other. One day the cute boy across the way and the girl next door met, and the rest was history! 

I absolutely adore this bride and her family! We've been having a blast planning their June wedding at Foundations For The Carolinas. I can't wait to share the details of their design plan soon! But for now, look at this adorable engagement session from Smitten and Hooked. 

These two are huge panthers fans.... so, of course the had to include their love of football and Charlotte!

Engaged: Christi + PJ

It's finally Christi + PJ's wedding week! This adorable couple will be traveling down from Boston, Massachusetts to beautiful Asheville, North Carolina in a few short days to say "I Do" at the Omni Grove Park Inn. Christi and PJ knew they wanted to have a fall wedding in the mountains, and the stunning views at the Grove Park Inn won over their hearts. We've had so much fun planning their intimate, fall-inspired wedding full of lush cranberry and golden tones. I cannot wait to head up to Asheville in a few short days to celebrate this fun-loving couple! Engaged: Jacquelyn + Daniel

It's been a while since I've gotten a new post up because we've been busy, busy, busy with end of summer weddings and prepping for an amazing fall full of beautiful weddings! One of our lovely Fall couples is this sweet pair - Meet Jacquelyn and Daniel. I love these two! Every time we get together for planning, it's all laughs and all fun... This wedding is going to be one epic party, y'all! (Here is a little peek into their design inspiration.) Jacquelyn is one of the sweetest brides I've had the pleasure of knowing, and Daniel is absolutely hysterical - like really, he's a blast! You can see every single bit of their personalities peeking through this engagement session from the incredibly talented duo behind Smitten & Hooked. I seriously cannot get enough of this couple and their uptown Charlotte engagement session! But more than anything, I can't wait for Jacquelyn and Daniel's August wedding at Foundation For The Carolinas - it's going to be one amazing celebration!

Engaged: Lindsay + Ben

I love working with this awesome couple - they are two of the sweetest individuals ever! We are currently hard at work putting the final details on Lindsay and Ben's October wedding at Vesuvius Vineyards (oh my stars, I cannot wait for their big day!), but I couldn't wait to share their sweet engagement session from Lauren Rosenau Photography. Since they are both huge animal lovers and animal rescuers, it only makes sense that the "fur babies" get involved with mom and dad's wedding, right?! No words could describe the beauty that is this engagement session from the amazing Lauren Friday Photography.  I mean, seriously, how stunning is this bride and how handsome is her groom?!  I absolutely adore these two.  Keely is such a sweetheart and every time we get together, it feels like meeting with a long-lost friend rather than a client meeting.  This engagement session is perfectly them - genuine, romantic, sweet, and full of L.O.V.E.!  Take a peek at a few of my favorites. Engaged: Lauren + Chris

Meet Lauren and Chris. Two of the sweetest people you'll ever have the pleasure of knowing!  These two fitness enthusiast met at… yup, you guessed it… the gym!  And, even though Chris had to introduce himself to Lauren a few times and their paths happen to cross every now and then, they eventually got to spend time together outside of the gym at a charity event.  The rest is obviously history!  And, when the groom to be proposes to his love at Amelie's, where they ended their first date … you know their love is truly as sweet as can be!  We have been busy, busy planning for their beautiful August wedding at Founders Hall - and having so much fun pulling together all the lovely details.  I'm so excited to share Lauren and Chris's engagement photos from the amazing Love Shutter Photography.  I LOVE that they incorporated their first meeting into the photos!  All of these photos are just so amazing - isn't this couple way too adorable for words?!

Engaged: Breeze + Montell

These two … Oh, my heart just melts looking at these sweet photos by Lauren Rosenau Photography.  The bride, Emily "Breeze", is an amazing personal trainer and owns a great yoga studio in Charlotte, Moga Charlotte, and the groom, William "Montell", is a former college athlete.  When Breeze and I first met, I instantly knew we were a great match.  (Plus, this girl competes in Crossfit - she's like my idol!)  Every single meeting  is full of laughter and full of OMG moments - I can't get enough of her!  She's laid back, absolutely hysterical, and one of the most genuine brides I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.  I'm so excited about our plans for her and Montell's big day, but for now, I want to share with you their beautiful engagement session, which was featured in the latest issue of Charlotte Wedding magazine in "Love on Location"! These photos are without a doubt a perfect representation of their love.  I cannot get enough of these two!

Sorry y'all, but I had to point this out... holy moly!  Hello calves! Hard work and dedication gets you incredible legs!

Engaged: Adriana + Terrell

I absolutely adore everything about this engagement session for Adriana and Terrell by the incredibly talented Richard Israel.  Engagement sessions are beautiful by nature, but when the bride is a model? Oh my goodness. Seriously, I just can't get over these photos!  It looks more like an editorial spread than an engagement session, but that's what I love about this couple! Their laid back style, how they're not afraid of doing something different, and their complete head-over-heels love for each other. Not only is Adriana an incredibly beautiful model, but she is such a sweetheart.  We are in the middle of designing her August wedding at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden - and having SO much fun planning each detail!  I love how important guest experience is to this couple - we clicked instantly, and I cannot wait for their big day!

Engaged: Mia + Alex

These two are really, really sweet.  And, their December engagement session at Freedom Park with Lauren Rosenau Photography captures their adorable love perfectly!  Mia and Alex met in the Queen City, but a residency at John Hopkins for Mia sent them just north to Baltimore, Maryland.  They'll be coming home to get married in the city where they fell in love - you may remember our inspiration for their romantic garden wedding - and we cannot wait until April!  Cuddle up with your special someone, and spend some time with these two love birds.
