What better way to pass the time, and get those creative minds going, than with coloring! A perfect activity for a wide range of age groups, and it’s sure to keep little hands busy. I love getting my toddler involved with activities that spark creativity through self expression. Just like Billy Madison explained to Miss Lippy … he colored the duck blue because he’d never seen a blue duck! (Okay, that movie reference might be lost on some of y’all LOL)
But coloring is a perfect activity for:
- improving hand strength and pencil grip
- fine motor coordination
- helping to develop focus
- encouraging use of the imagination
